SPONSORSHIPS AND PAYMENTS ARE DUE FEB 13th, 2026
BIG SCREEN SPONSORSHIP
These ads will be played on a loop on our large projection screen 30 minutes before the show and at intermission.
Video w/ Audio: Please limit your video ad to 2 minutes. Video ad submissions are limited to 10 video ad spots, so please submit asap to secure your spot.
Digital/Photo Ad: Submit a .jpeg or .png file of your company's advertisement.PROGRAM SPONSORSHIP
These ads will be printed in our show program. Our programs are printed in black and white.
PROGRAM SPONSORSHIPS should be submitted in .jpeg or .png format by the deadline (ask your student salesperson). If you fail to submit your ad by the deadline your payment will be considered a donation to the department.

Full Page Ad: 5 ½ in wide X 8 ½ in high
1/2 Page Ad: 4 ¾ in wide X 4 in high
1/4 Page Ad: 4 ¾ in wide X 2 in high
1/8 Page Ad: 2 ⅜ in wide X 2 in high
